Sustainability Award.

This award recognizes all projects that achieved practical completion, or equivalent,during the period 17|18. They should show tangible evidence that the project has achieved or exceeded its environmentally sustainable goals during construction and is an exemplar for best practice in environmental sustainability and low-carbon footprint during project delivery.

The Construction & Real Estate (CoRE) Awards will honour companies in the construction and real estate sector whose products and services demonstrate excellence, innovation and sustainability.

These 3 qualities are becoming increasingly important within the construction and real estate industry in Kenya as new building regulations in the country require all new buildings to meet international green building standards.

The CoRE Awards will recognize the achievements of companies' as well as projects' responsibilities towards the environment and provide a platform to highlight their ‘green’ products and showcase future developments.
