This award seeks to recognize student project teams who are tasked with competing in the period 18|19 in the design of a hub; a viable ward plan capable of accommodating 55,000 citizens within a 1000 acre land parcel, while ensuring a minimum return of 10% per annum for investors in a 20 year bond; by forming consortium with individuals from all disciplines that work together to achieve the set objectives.
